Please advise the names of any maintained schools known to the DFES as having been issued a warning notice under S.15, or subjected to the threat of the use of the procedures of S.15, of the Schools Standards and Framework Act 1998, (procedures initiated where the LEA has concerns over poor pupil performance or that the safety of pupils or staff is threatened).
